Wellstone Action!

The NALP organizer will work directly with the NALP Director to strengthen Native American leadership and civic participation across the country.

The Communications Specialist will work directly with the Communications Director to tell the story of Wellstone Action's successes and help position the organization as a national leader in the progressive movement through exposure in the media and with other progressive organizations.

Campus Camp Wellstone trains students nationwide on how to run energized, community building, winning campaigns. CCW focuses on campus and community organizing and young voter engagement.   The Progressive Jobs Research Intern will work the CCW staff to create 4-6 electronic newsletters over the fall 2008 school semester.

 

Sheila Wellstone was an advocate, organizer, and national champion in the effort to end domestic violence in our communities. The Sheila Wellstone Institute continues her commitment to building power and visibility to ensure that ending violence against women and children is a national priority.  The Sheila Wellstone Institute is currently seeking a Special Events Coordinator Intern.

With record shattering voter turnout expected this year, voters' rights are a top priority in this election cycle.  ISSI, in coordination with Wellstone Action Fund, is seeking a passionate and hardworking student to intern for the fall semester and provide exceptional support in a fast-paced, team-oriented office in St. Paul.
